凱欣烘焙藝術中心的前址位於粉嶺軍地魚塘,由於位置偏遠,故於2005年9月遷往上水新功街16號閣樓,以方便各學員上課。

現任烘焙導師曾於日本、台灣、新加坡、泰國及廣州等多個國家接受製造糕點、麵包及西餅方面之培訓,並且進一步進修製作包餅之訓練技巧,回港後亦受聘於多間大機構為行政總廚,及後自設製餅工場,承接本港五星級酒店之製餅訂單。

除此之外,烘焙導師還成立烘焙藝術中心,將製餅技術發揚及普及化,培訓有興趣製作包餅糕點之人仕,令他們既學會製餅之技術,亦能享受製餅之樂趣及豐盛自己的生活文化。
